HR Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
Advise on HR policies and employment law
Support performance management and employee relations
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Profile
HR Specialist - Requirements:
Experience in a generalist HR role
Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and solutions-focused approach

Salary: £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience
