* Oversee and manage non-pharmacy operations across multiple sites in the Midlands.

* Implement and drive process improvements across the region.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
* Ensure excellent customer service and operational delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operational or regional management.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to build positive working relationships across multiple sites.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
