Join Our Team as a Residential Youth Support Worker!

Job Role: ResidentialYouth Support Worker

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Salary: £26,749.00 - £27,747.00 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential of £29,066.12 - £30,064.12 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum).

Homes2Inspire is looking for a Residential Youth Support Worker to join the team at an established residential home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of young people, guiding them towards a brighter future while upholding the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will work closely with young people to support their emotional well-being, make positive memories and ensure they have all the life skills to enter adulthood successfully.

We're looking for a motivated and resilient individual with a strong work ethic and a methodical approach. The young male at Holly House has an incredible sense of humour, loves fun and games, and is always energetic. He truly thrives on strong, loving connections and shows remarkable growth in a caring family environment. He'll benefit from support in managing his emotions and finding the motivation to achieve his full potential. In his free time, he enjoys games, trying new things, and spending quality time with trusted adults.

Requirements:

1. Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare
2. Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
3. Full UK driving licence
