Exclusively retained by our client, an innovative infrastructure and investment company in Luton, we seek a highly experienced and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support the MD and Board in the full range of administrative support functions at the C-Level. Reporting directly to the Managing Director - and concurrently supporting the Chair of the Board, and two Non-Executive Directors - you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of senior-level administration and governance processes. This role demands exceptional organisational acumen, discretion and, ideally, an understanding of the transportation or infrastructure/construction sector. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support to the MD, Chair, and two NEDs, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare, format and distribute Board-level documentation, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders. Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity. Facilitate board meetings, occasional meeting notes, and follow up on action points. Person Specification Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at Board or C-suite level. Strong background supporting senior leadership within the construction, infrastructure, or national transportation sectors. Confident and proactive, with sound judgement and discretion. Knowledge of local government or public sector governance structures. Experience working within a regulated or complex stakeholder environment.
