Job Overview: To onboard and manage a portfolio of new properties. You will be responsible for maintaining communication and building relationships with landlords, managing agents and clients in order to assist The Housing Network in its mission to provide "more than a roof" and deliver 10,000 units of safe and inspiring accommodation. Responsibilities & Duties Reporting to the Delivery manager, the role requires you to be responsible for handling the entire onboarding process when bringing on new properties. You will manage your own portfolio and will be required to organise and oversee the process from beginning to end to ensure our occupants are provided with a safe and compliant home. The role also requires you to negotiate tenancy terms, draft tenancy agreements and organise property compliance inspections to ensure all properties meet company standards. Other tasks may include assisting colleagues within the department. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with landlords, managing agents and clients.
