We are hiring a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The role involves working with technical architects, developers, and stakeholders to design and implement systems such as ECM, IDP, RPA, and secure data capture platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience leading complex integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Your role in our mission
* Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Develop detailed design documents from requirements.
* Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with project teams to define timelines, scope, and resources.
* Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide configuration engineers and developers to ensure timely delivery.
* Drive Agile Execution: Oversee Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
* Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure solutions are tested and meet standards before deployment.
* Support Solution Engineering and Presales: Create technical models and reference architectures for presales.
Valued skills and experience
* Experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD pipelines; understanding cloud/on-prem infrastructure and security.
* Experience with ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath), scanning platforms, and automation tools.
* Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Waterfall.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively globally.
