About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. This entry-level role focuses on building and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in programming, is eager to learn, and is passionate about developing scalable and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and maintaining web applications (front-end and back-end)
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
* Support API development and integration
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams
* Troubleshoot and debug application issues
* Participate in testing and quality assurance processes
* Contribute to code reviews and follow development best practices
* Document technical workflows and solutions
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* 0–1 year of experience in software development (internships/projects included)
* Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
* Basic understanding of back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
* Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
* Exposure to RESTful APIs and web services
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
