Personal Injury Solicitor (Claimant)\nSalary: upto £60,000 DOE\nExperience Required: 8+ PQE - Grade A\nLocation: East Midlands (Nottingham area – multiple offices available)\n\nI’m working with a well-established claimant law firm in the East Midlands that is looking to appoint a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor as part of its continued growth. This is a quality-focused role within a stable and well-resourced department, offering sensible caseloads and long-term progression.\n\nThe firm is not a volume practice, has no links to claims management companies, and does not handle low-value OIC RTA claims. As a result, solicitors are able to focus on properly run, litigated PI work with an emphasis on client care and outcomes rather than numbers.\n\nThe Role

* Handle a caseload of litigated personal injury matters, including EL/ PL/ OL and RTA
\n\t
* Manage cases efficiently from instruction through to conclusion
\n\t
* Support the wider team and contribute to the continued development of the PI department
\n\t
* Assist with the generation of new work through excellent client service and local reputation
\n\n\n
The Ideal Candidate

\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in claimant personal injury
\n\t
* Comfortable handling litigated PI matters independently
\n\t
* Solid technical knowledge across personal injury claims
\n\t
* Organised, IT-literate and self-sufficient in managing files
\n\t
* Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
\n\n\n
