Maintenance Carpenter
We are looking for an experienced maintenance carpenter for a super prime residential client.
Candidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard. Jobs are in various South-West locations with their workshop based in Fulham.
Main Duties:
* Bespoke joinery, cabinetry and doors including general handyperson tasks on super prime homes.
* Carpentry, fitting doors, flooring, repairs, fittings, general painting, minor plumbing and electrics and various other tasks.
Requirements:
* High end resi maintenance/carpenter experience
* CSCS preferred but not essential.
* Hand tools and drill
* Valid, clean drivers licence

1. Start date: 5th of January 2026.
2. Job title: Maintenance Carpenter
3. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. OOH as required.
4. Rate £200-220p/d (dependant on experience).
