Please note: this is a fixed term opportunity.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Team as an EPR Business Change Analyst. Based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital (with Trust-wide working), the postholder will support the delivery of the Trust's EPR programme and wider digital transformation, helping to ensure safe and effective adoption of EPR solutions as part of the Trust's Smarter Care and Smarter Working programmes.
Main duties of the job
Working closely with clinical, operational and digital colleagues, you will undertake business analysis and business change activity across EPR workstreams. This will include requirements gathering, end‑to‑end process mapping (AS‑IS to TO‑BE), supporting clinical and operational process redesign, and ensuring stakeholders have clarity on roles and responsibilities (e.g., using tools such as RACI).
