The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our stakeholders, including seller POCs. You ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify concerns, troubleshoot delivery partner issues, and suggest process improvements.
Key job responsibilities
1. Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
2. Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
3. Manage sensitive cases by escalating appropriately
4. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
5. Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
6. Seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends for process improvement
Qualitative Requirements
* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate clearly with all customers
* Good comprehension skills to understand and articulate customer issues
* Ability to concentrate and follow customer issues to resolution
* Ability to work successfully in a team and independently
* Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer
* Excellent typing skills
* Proficiency in navigating websites and email applications
*Logistics background and experience in a similar role are preferred.
*Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
