We have an exciting opportunity for a High Performance Coach to join our talent pathway. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Girls Pathway by advancing the development of players within the County Age Group and ensuring high-quality player development programmes are in place. The successful candidate will significantly contribute to sustainable success aligned with the Club's vision through the development of elite-level players who will one day represent Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Pathway, this role will involve:
1. Providing high-quality coaching to squad, small group, and one-to-one coaching sessions in accordance with the programme delivery.
2. Leading the delivery of County Age Group teams and matches, ensuring the squad is well equipped for success on and off the field.
3. Assisting with the preparation of winter and pre-season programmes.
4. Working with the Head of Talent Pathway to establish recruitment and skill-specific depth charts for future Academy intake.
5. Leading the planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of individualized and holistic development programmes for players.

About You
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. ECB Level-3 Coaching Qualification or an ECB Level-2 Coaching Qualification with a willingness to work towards an ECB Level-3 Coaching qualification.
2. Demonstrable experience of delivering high-quality coaching within a high-performance environment.
3. A knowledge and understanding of the requirements of a Talent Pathway environment.
4. Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to produce Depth Charts, Reports, and PDPs.
5. Demonstrable experience and/or commitment to delivering the principles of the Club’s EDI strategy.
6. Demonstrable experience and/or commitment to working within a safeguarding framework.
