Arteak Ltd. is a global provider of Health and Safety services, working with major corporations across industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the operational performance of our business.
This is a key leadership role with delegated authority to make independent decisions and to ensure that Arteak’s operational functions are efficient, compliant, and aligned with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organisational Support and Leadership
Operate with delegated authority under the direction of the Operations Director.
Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day operational decision-making.
Provide interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth delivery of services and administration.
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
2. Facilities and Premises Management
Oversee lease agreements, building upkeep, office security, and facilities management.
Manage contracts for services including cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal, and utilities.
Ensure full compliance with legal and client-specific health and safety requirements.
3. Logistics, Travel and Resource Coordination
Manage travel bookings and logistics for site-based personnel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Oversee the dispatch of PPE, IT equipment, and operational assets.
Maintain accurate records of all issued materials, asset tracking, and replenishment cycles.
4. IT and Equipment Support
Act as the focal point for operational IT support, including allocation of laptops, phones, and SIM cards.
Liaise with external IT support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and deployment of technology.
5. Procurement and Vendor Management
Lead the sourcing, procurement, and delivery of office supplies, services, and operational equipment.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all operations comply with legal, insurance, and contractual obligations.
Support ISO compliance and contribute to audits through robust documentation and operational reporting.
Monitor and address health and safety concerns in all Arteak facilities and operations.
7. Financial Oversight
Work with the finance team to manage expense processes, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursements.
Oversee expense report checks, timesheet data, and operational budgeting.
8. Project Support and Special Initiatives
Lead internal operational projects and rollouts, such as office relocations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Support contract fulfilment by aligning operational logistics with project requirements.
9. Reporting and Communication
Prepare reports on operational performance, cost control, and risk mitigation.
Provide clear and regular updates to the Operations Director, making recommendations for improvement.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure transparency and alignment.

Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally in a dynamic or international environment.
Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High level of autonomy with the confidence to make decisions and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and coordination.
Experience in compliance, procurement, and vendor management.
Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with operational systems.
