We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people with challenging behaviours.
As a Support Worker, you will:

Work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care at all times.

Promote independence, helping young people maximise their choices, rights, and opportunities.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where young people can thrive.
What we’re looking for:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*
An empathetic, patient, and non-judgemental approach.
*
A calm, resilient, and proactive attitude.
*
Previous experience working in a residential children’s home.
*
NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People (desirable, but not essential).
*
Full UK Driving Licence preferred (due to the home’s location).
