Contract type
40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, but must be flexible
Rate
£55,500 per annum + £3,000 car allowance
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as our new Operational Quality Improvement Manager covering our homes within the East & West Midlands region.
In this role, you'll proactively support services to provide the highest standards of care via a systematic, coordinated, and coaching approach.

About The Role
As an Operational Quality Improvement Manager, you'll support the Clinical Director in delivering the Exemplar Quality Strategy, focusing on clinical excellence, sustainable quality, digital transformation, responsiveness, and the service user voice.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting Clinical Nurse Managers with coaching and support
2. Being a link nurse for specialisms such as nutrition, tissue viability, continence, and end of life, including updating related policies
3. Implementing improvement strategies focusing on compliance and effectiveness in quality assurance, care plans, risk assessments, and action plans
4. Assisting with updates following inspections
5. Conducting monthly reviews of specialist training and supporting compliance
6. Developing quality policies, procedures, and audit tools
7. Supporting new initiatives to enhance Service User quality of life

About You

* Have evidence of ongoing professional development in care, management, or quality
* Hold a coaching qualification (preferably) and be capable of motivating others

* Be pragmatic, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills suitable for complex situations
* Be collaborative across the business
* Be able to travel to all business locations
