Interview Dates
Interviews expected to be held 5th or 6th March 2026.
Eligibility
This role is open to University of Leeds employees currently employed within the People and Culture Directorate only.
Job Summary
Working on one of the University’s transformational programmes, the Corporate Processes & Systems Programme is providing the opportunity for People & Culture to transform the way that we deliver our Services, through the implementation of new technology, process re‑design and changes to how people interact with our Services.
You will join the People & Culture delivery team (which reports to the Director of People Programmes and Planning, through the People & Culture Directorate Business Lead) and have testing as your focus. We are at the point in the Programme where we are beginning to plan the User Experience Testing and Parallel Payroll Run activities, and have a significant amount of preparation work for a successful execution of these phases of the Programme.
Responsibilities
You will have experience of using Microsoft Office and a high level of stakeholder management experience. You must be confident in the use of SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint and, ideally, experience of working on a project or Programme. You will be responsible for managing your own work against a project plan and providing project status updates and contribute to weekly status reports.
As we exit the design and build phases of the Programme and enter the testing phase, this is an exciting time to join the team!
