Tweedmill Textiles is a UK based business to business manufacturer, established for over 50 years.
We are a market leader in our industry, producing stunning wool blankets through to fashionable flat caps that are loved worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who enjoys working within a dedicated and creative company. You will be responsible for the design and development of our products from sampling to sign off.

Key responsibilities
* Design and development of Tweedmill products, CAD, sampling, liaising with suppliers, sign off procedures.
* Lead new design projects – Work closely with the Tweedmill team to identify development opportunities within our existing product range as well as discovering new ideas, concepts and creations, following through to sampling stage for sign off.
* Trend and product development – monitor and forecast trends up-to 12 months ahead, focusing on both up trends and downtrends. Being aware of marketplace position and use stakeholder feedback for forward planning.
* Ensure all Tweedmill products comply to current legislation.
* Manage both Internal and external communications.
Essential Skills

· Happy to travel occasionally
· Excellent working knowledge of :-
* Photoshop and InDesign
* CAD
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Microsoft Package
