DT Teacher - Crewe Area - December Start - Fixed-Term Contract
Are you passionate about helping students achieve their best in the classroom?
Academics are working with a Secondary School in Crewe who are looking for a creative and committed D&T Teacher to join their team in December 2025 through to February 2026.
The Role:
Able to use CAD software including SolidWorks
Teach the schools own specialist engineering curriculum
Inspire and motivate pupils to be creative and individual
Deliver engaging lessons in the school's state-of-the-art facilities
Maintain DT equipment and machinery to ensure safety and functionalityWe're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - or equivalent to
Previous experience teaching Design & Technology in UK Secondary Schools at KS4 and KS5
Strong practical/technical skills and experience working with tools and equipment
Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
Enthusiastic, supportive, and able to build strong relationships
Proven ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom environmentWhy Register with Academics?
