Your new role Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed structural designs using TEKLA out structural calculations to ensure safety, compliance, and with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver design solutions on time and within the production and site teams with technical guidance and problem- to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll need to succeed To thrive as a Design Engineer, applicants should bring prior experience in structural or design engineering, preferably within the precast or broader construction industry. Proficiency in TEKLA Structures is a must, along with a solid understanding of structural calculations and core engineering concepts. A qualification such as an HNC, HND, or a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or an equivalent) is communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as are excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
