Key Responsibilities:

* Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
\n\t
* Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
\n\t
* Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

* Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
