Part-Time Field Sales Representative 3 Days per Week - Total 12 hours per week (Hybrid)
Essential Services (UK) Ltd is a well-established, family-run washroom services company based in Croydon. We provide high-quality sanitary hygiene and washroom solutions to businesses across Central London and the Home Counties. Our services include sanitary bins, air fresheners, vending machines, air sterilisers, dust control/logo mats and pest control – all delivered through annual service agreements.
We are now looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Field Sales Representative to support our continued growth. This role is ideal for someone returning to work, seeking part-time hours, or looking to apply their sales experience in a flexible, rewarding environment.
About the Role
Working three days per week, you will play a key part in generating new business and nurturing existing relationships. Your time will be split between:
* Cold calling from our Croydon office to identify and qualify new opportunities
* Field sales visits to meet decision makers and convert leads into long-term clients
* Upselling to existing customers, ensuring they are aware of our full range of services
You will be selling into a wide range of sectors including private businesses, facilities management companies, cleaning companies, schools, colleges and universities.

* Experienced in outbound sales, cold calling and face-to-face meetings
* Skilled at influencing and negotiating with management-level decision makers
* Comfortable networking and representing the company professionally
* An excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing
* Organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively
* Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer use
A proven track record in sales is highly desirable.
