Main duties of the job
Assist in maintaining content calendars and scheduling communicationsacross platforms (website, social media, newsletters)
Draft, edit, and proofread digital and print content, ensuring alignmentwith brand and editorial guidelines
Upload and update website content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Coordinate production of bulletins, newsletters, social media posts, andoffline materials
Monitor inboxes and respond to routine communications queries
Provide administrative support for campaigns and events, includingtracking timelines and logistics
Compile and format performance data from digital platforms (GoogleAnalytics, social media insights, email metrics)
Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and campaign performance
Maintain databases and mailing lists, ensuring compliance with dataprotection regulations
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and editorial standards
Support internal teams with basic design and formatting tasks usingapproved templates
Assist in creating and distributing resources for member practices
Act as a first point of contact for routine queries from memberpractices
Provide day-to-day administration support for the Communications Team
