We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. Our Service Sales Administrators are responsible for:
* Providing excellent internal and external customer service
* Supporting the Service Sales department
* Pre-Paid Invoicing
* Bill-Per Service Invoicing
* Internal Invoicing
* Creating Service Contract Service Orders
* Processing all Renewal Agreements (Quotes, Invoicing & Cost analysis)
* Corresponding with Service Agreement Customers
* Assisting Service Sales Manager and Service Sales Representative Team with data entry into Operating System
* Informing Existing and Potential customers about the benefits of having a Planned Maintenance Agreement and additional services when applicable
* Providing recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of service PMA programs in Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Quarterly and/or Annual Meetings

Requirements
* Conforms with the core values of BPS
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 18+ years of age
* Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines or willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
* Basic math skills
* Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
* Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
* Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
* Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
* Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines and Social Media sites
* Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
* Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
