Salary: £95 - £135 per day (PAYE, DOE)
Are you passionate about supporting children who deserve a fresh start? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a well-resourced, supportive SEND school in Hillingdon that specialises in helping primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. They are seeking a caring and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from October 2025.

Your Role
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children with SEMH
* Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to re-engage them in learning
* Use positive behaviour strategies to promote confidence and resilience
* Work alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to create personalised learning plans
What we\'re looking for
* Experience supporting children with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or additional needs
* Resilient, empathetic, and proactive in your approach
* A passion for helping young people succeed academically and emotionally
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
