About the Location
Opened in 2019, our hotel has 72 bedrooms, an 80-seater Bar & Grill, and a private event space that seats up to 12. We are located on St Andrews Square, in the heart of the New Town in Edinburgh's city centre, near Princes Street and a 10-minute walk from the Old Town.
About The Role
We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Malmaison Edinburgh City. As the face of our restaurant, you will help control the flow, communicate with the kitchen and management, and ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. We offer a competitive salary of £12.21 per hour for 30 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible shifts and days.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts. If you're looking for career training, we offer nationally recognized apprenticeships and detailed brand training to help you develop your skills. Experience is not necessary, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.
