Rainham Steel have an exciting opportunity for an Evening Shift Machine Operator to join the team.
Location: Rainham Steel Co Ltd, Essex, RM13 9PF
Starting Salary: £17.00 per hour, increasing to £18.00 per hour after training
Evening shift allowance: £25 per night once training completed
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5:30pm – 1:30am, 37.5 hours per week

Evening Shift Machine Operator – The Role
* Reporting to the evening shift warehouse manager
* Operating machinery that automatically shapes reinforcing bar
* Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
* Load the machine, set different shapes and quality check the finished product
* Assemble bundles for packing
* Flexible to do paid overtime when necessary
Evening Shift Machine Operator – You
* Physically able to cope with reasonable manual handling
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Excellent communication both verbal and written
* Organised and motivated
* Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
* Able to work in a fast-paced pressurised environment
* You must have a good command of the English language
* Must be a good timekeeper
