Manufacturing Technician
to play a key role in day‑to‑day operations.

This role operates on early and back shifts, Monday to Friday, with additional compensation for shift working, alongside a competitive benefits package.
What you'll be doing
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be at the heart of the production process, ensuring work is carried out safely, accurately and in line with strict regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out operational activities including start‑up, processing and cleaning, working with highly potent substances
* Completing batch manufacturing records and associated documentation accurately and on time, in line with cGMP and SOP requirements
* Setting up cleanroom environments and preparing and filtering bulk drug solutions
* Maintaining exceptionally high housekeeping standards to keep the facility audit‑ready at all times
* Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
* Performing visual inspection activities on finished products
* Working strictly to regulatory, quality and health & safety standards
* Reviewing and following SOPs and work instructions
* Ensuring all recorded data is accurate to support deadlines and compliance
* Supporting internal and external audits
* Reconciling finished product materials
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a busy, collaborative team. Ideally, you'll have:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment operating to GMP standards
or
a relevant scientific degree
* Cleanroom experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
* A strong eye for detail and clear communication skills
* A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for quality manufacturing
* The ability to work to set timelines in a fast‑paced environment
* Flexibility and a strong team‑player mindset
