Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Midwife to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy, labour, and postnatal period. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting women in their childbirth experience, ensuring both maternal and infant health while fostering a trusting relationship with patients.
Responsibilities
* Provide antenatal care, including health assessments and education for expectant mothers.
* Assist during labour and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
* Monitor the health of both mother and baby during the perinatal period.
* Offer postnatal support, including breastfeeding advice and recovery guidance.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
* Collaborate with obstetricians, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
* Educate patients on reproductive health and family planning options.
