What the Role Will Involve:
* Delivering high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles.
* Preparing students for GCSE exams with a strong focus on numeracy and problem-solving.
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborating with colleagues in the Maths department to ensure consistency and high standards.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Ensuring that lessons follow the national curriculum and meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Who We Are Looking For:
* A qualified Maths Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
* A specialist in Mathematics with a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
* Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
* Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse abilities.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Two recent references and eligibility to work in the UK.
