Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:
* You'll regular deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center
* You'll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users
* You'll deliver technical training, create online courses and documentation
* You'll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager
* You'll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager
* You'll support commissioning and project management of C&I ESS projects in the region.
* 38 hours a week
* One year contract with possibility of extension
Your profile
Do you have the legal right to work in UK ? Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work without the need for visa sponsorship. What will you need to be successful?
* Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
* Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment
What can make you an ideal candidate?
* 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
* Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin) is not mandatory but preferred
* Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
