Job Title: Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: £42,500 plus Benefits
Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 3‑Week Rotating (6 am – 2 pm, 8 am – 4 pm, 10 am – 6 pm)
Job Role of the Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer
* Ideally an Electrical‑Biased maintenance engineer within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a factory.
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
* Hands‑on electrical experience working on 3‑phase electrics as well as experience on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, belts, bearings and chains.
* Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
* Mechanical engineering skills.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
* Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
