Role Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated HR Advisors to join our growing team. In these roles, you will report to the HR Manager and play a crucial part in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting our HR team in various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding policies, training programmes, and company benefits.
- Coordinate the disciplinary process, including conducting investigations and meetings with fairness and integrity.
- Assist in the TUPE transfer process and ensure smooth transitions.
- Oversee the employee right-to-work process, ensuring compliance with visa requirements.
- Respond to HR queries via the HR mailbox and assist with resolutions.
- Implement the company escalation process for employment complaints.
- Support the HR Manager and Administrator in their duties.
- Conduct HR training to enhance employee knowledge and understanding.
- Handle calls from internal and external customers regarding HR inquiries.
- Manage the Long-Term Sick process, conducting necessary meetings.
- Complete medical risk assessments and provide guidance.

Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
- A natural affinity with people and an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues of varying backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- Ability to approach every interaction with patience and tolerance.
Pay & Hours:
- £30,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (one hour paid lunch)
