Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
Shifts: Days, nights and weekends – providing holiday cover, sickness cover and short-notice callouts

Your Role
As a Relief Security Officer, you will provide a visible, professional security presence, protecting people, property and assets while delivering excellent customer service across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Follow site policies and Assignment Instructions
2. Adapt quickly to new environments and site requirements
3. Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing
4. Complete mandatory training and engage in further development
5. Identify and report Health & Safety risks
6. Monitor for suspicious activity and respond appropriately
7. Accurately log incidents and complete reporting procedures
8. Conduct scheduled check calls
9. Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre
What We're Looking For
10. Previous security experience
11. Valid SIA licence (SC clearance desirable)
12. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
13. Strong communication and attention to detail
14. Calm, reliable and able to work under pressure
15. Proactive mindset and sound decision-making skills
