The Role
You will:
* Lead and expand the Employment offering in Manchester
* Advise HR teams, boards, and senior executives on the full range of employment matters
* Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation
* Drive business development and build a strong professional network
* Support and mentor junior team members
A clear pathway to partnership is available for the right candidate.
About You
* Experience advising corporate clients and handling tribunal litigation
* Strong BD skills and a Manchester network
* Confident, strategic, and commercially minded
* Comfortable taking ownership of a growing practice
