Corston Architectural Detail is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service & UK Sales Manager to lead our UK commercial operations from our Wiltshire head office.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role, managing a team of around 20 across customer service and trade sales. You’ll be responsible for driving UK sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high‑performing, engaged team.
The role includes:
* Leading, coaching and developing sales and customer service teams
* Driving UK sales targets and trade account growth
* Owning customer experience standards and service performance
* Improving processes, systems and commercial operations
* Working closely with Operations, Marketing and Finance
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience managing sales and customer service teams
* Is commercially driven and people‑focused
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑led, B2B environment
* Is confident using CRM and operational systems
* Is happy working fully on‑site as part of a collaborative leadership team
Please note: This is a fully on‑site role at our Wiltshire head office. We do not offer hybrid or remote working for this position.
