Overview
Become a Finance and Workforce Administrator at Spring House. It’s more than just admin. It’s working across the service for all aspects of workforce management, to keep recruitment and the service moving forward, having a real impact on the smooth running of the centre.
You will be an integral part of the friendly and supportive administrative function as you aid the corporate recruitment team, monitor workforce compliance, process employment changes and payroll queries as well as keeping files in order.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with head office/payroll, ensuring any relevant documents are sent
* Supporting with covering Reception area
* Creating and updating HR paper file
* Supporting Recruitment and Onboarding processes
* Administration for Induction/New Starters
* Processing leavers, changes, maternity and paternity
* Reviewing ongoing compliance checks
* Variation to Contract paperwork
* Administration of Unit4 employee system and Honeydew absence management system
* Administration of internal ER processes
* Reporting
Qualifications
* Secretarial and/or Administration experience
* 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
* Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Awareness and knowledge of confidentiality and security
Location
Spring House, Matford Road, Exeter, EX2 4PD.
Spring House is a new 6 bed home with individual apartments for people with a learning disability or autism, stepping down from a hospital service and transitioning into the community for more independent living. This new service opened in March 2021.
