PCB & Cable Assembler
Loughborough£27,000 - £31,000 + Overtime + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PCB & Cable Assembler to join a growing electronics manufacturing business based in Loughborough.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working within a high-quality electronics manufacturing environment supporting a variety of technical industries.
The Role
* PCB assembly including through-hole and surface mount components
* Cable assembly, crimping, looming, and wiring
* Hand soldering to IPC / J-STD standards
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and build documentation
* PCB coating, potting, and inspection activities
* Carrying out quality checks and self-inspection of completed work
* Working closely with production and engineering teams to meet delivery targets
Requirements
* Previous PCB and cable assembly experience
* Confident soldering skills within an electronics manufacturing environment
* Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly instructions
* Experience working to IPC or J-STD standards desirable
* Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
* Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
Package
* £27,000 - £31,000 basic salary
