SEN Teaching Assistant - EYFS & Complex Needs Pay: £95-£115 per day We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school. You will work in Nursery during the mornings and support pupils with complex needs in the afternoons, helping them engage, learn and feel confident throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: Support Nursery children within the EYFS curriculum Provide tailored afternoon support for pupils with complex needs Assist with personal care and physical support where required Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to deliver individualised strategies Encourage communication, social skills and independence Requirements: Experience within EYFS is essential Comfortable with personal care Background working with SEN or complex needs desirable Strong communication, patience and resilience Dedicated to helping young children progress academically, socially and emotionally If you are passionate about early years education and supporting pupils with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
