Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the multidisciplinary Recovery Hub service in South Leeds. This service supports adults who have recently left hospital but are not yet ready to return home, providing rehabilitation-focused interventions within a community care bed setting.
Ideal for OTs with experience in intermediate care, community beds, or reablement-focused environments, this role plays a crucial part in helping individuals regain independence and progress safely towards discharge.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Deliver person-centred OT assessment and rehabilitation interventions.
* Support service users to rebuild daily living skills and independence.
* Work collaboratively with nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and support staff within a fully integrated MDT.
* Lead and contribute to holistic discharge planning, ensuring suitable equipment and support services are in place.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
* Take part in weekend working on a rota basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
* HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
* Experience in intermediate care, community recovery beds, or similar rehabilitation settings (desirable).
* Strong MDT communication skills and a recovery-focused approach.
* Ability to work on-site within the Recovery Hub (office-based).
