Location: South of England – travel across Surrey, West Sussex, Dorset & Poole required

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Role
Our Energy Solutions team is expanding and we are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-street EV charging installations for a high-profile client. This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Initially, you’ll support builds in Surrey & West Sussex, with the role later expanding to cover Dorset & Poole. Travel between all areas is essential.
Responsibilities
* Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including toolbox talks.
* Conduct site inspections, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
* Manage site resources: labour, materials, and equipment.
* Maintain accurate daily logs, progress, and incident reports.
* Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
* Experience supervising construction or EV infrastructure projects (on-street experience preferred).
* Background working in street lighting, highways, civils is ideal.
* SMSTS certification, valid CSCS card, NRSWA and UK driving licence is essential.
* Comfortable travelling between Surrey, West Sussex, and Dorset/Poole.
* Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
