Primary Supply Teacher – Chepstow
Location: Chepstow Primary Schools
Daily Rate: £172.98 (paid weekly)
Contract Type: Flexible – day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles available
The Opportunity
Are you a passionate and adaptable primary teacher looking for flexible work in Chepstow? We’re searching for dedicated supply teachers to support local primary schools, covering classes and ensuring continuity of learning when regular staff are absent.
What You’ll Do
* Teach a variety of primary year groups, following provided lesson plans
* Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents as needed
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
* Previous experience in UK primary schools is an advantage
* Confident, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
