Builds effective working relationships based on task completion and demonstrates patience. Reception Duties (where applicable)Greets all visitors and employees at Head Office in a warm friendly mannerResponsible for answering all switchboard calls and re-directing appropriatelyResponsible for ensuring all messages are communicated to the relevant individual within a timely mannerResponsible for the sorting and distribution of the postManages the booking of the Head Office meeting roomsBooks taxis for clients, visitors and employeesCustomer Service Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customersDevelops strong relationships across field support to support the objectives of the teamInteracts with peers in other departments to achieve the overall objectives of the support functionSystems and Process UnderstandingSupports the administration function of the field officeSupports the execution of standard processes – including but not limited to payroll, compliance,visas, overpayments, complaints.
