We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Business and Management on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave until 31 July 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed academic to contribute to high-quality teaching and student support within our dynamic Business School.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across our Business and Management programmes. This will include leading and teaching on identified modules, developing engaging learning materials, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will contribute to curriculum design and enhancement, ensuring that teaching reflects current business practice and emerging trends.

You will also take an active role in student support, helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will ensure high academic standards are maintained and that our students benefit from an excellent learning experience that prepares them for successful careers in business and management.

About You

You will bring experience of teaching in higher education in a relevant subject area, with a flexible and innovative approach to engaging and inspiring learners. You will hold an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and a postgraduate qualification. A PhD or near completion, along with a record of research and/or professional engagement, is desirable. You should be also be able to demonstrate the ability to teach and supervise dissertations up to Master's level and strong communication and teamwork skills.
