About Our Client

Job Description
* Maintain precise customer records, including essential contact information for regular communications (advisories, alerts, commercial messages, and contractual notifications). This involves keeping records up-to-date, especially during customer decommissioning.* Execute all necessary contract and billing administrative tasks using SAGE and other business systems to process work requests promptly and with a focus on accuracy.* Take ownership of service activation's, decommissioning processes, and the management of stock issue/returns for customers.* Reconcile and update records in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).* Prepare data for customer mailings, carry out mail merge operations, and manage responses.* Record minutes of routine weekly team meetings accurately, documenting discussion points, actions, and responsible parties. Ensure that meeting notes are distributed to all attendees and stored appropriately.
The Successful Applicant
Education: * Completion of a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Mathematics.Technical Proficiency:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, at an Intermediate (Level II) level or higher. Experience & Knowledge: * Substantial experience in an administrative role.* Preferred experience in the betting industry.* Demonstrated experience as an active member of cross-functional operational teams. Abilities & Skills: * Exceptional attention to detail is a fundamental requirement for this position.* Proficiency in effectively prioritizing and managing workloads.* Aptitude for logical thinking, breaking down complex tasks, and recognising cause-and-effect relationships in actions taken.* Outstanding time management and organisational skills, including meeting deadlines and multitasking effectively.* Excellent documentation skills.* Confident communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.* Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities for enhancement.
