Trade Sales – Furnish 365

At Furnish 365, we champion local engagement, sustainability, and excellence in public procurement, and we're looking for a dynamic Account Manager / BDM to help us grow our trade sales footprint.
What You'll Be Doing
* Splitting your time between trade desk sales/account management and business development.
* Qualifying leads, booking product demos, and supporting the senior sales team to unlock new opportunities.
* Acting as a key contact for prospective customers, building trust, tailoring solutions, and driving conversions.
* Leading pricing negotiations and crafting bespoke packages to meet client needs.
* Managing a robust pipeline of profitable new business and nurturing long-term relationships.
* Learning fast, hitting targets, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team.
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in trade sales and new business development.
* Self-motivated and results-focused, comfortable working in a team and independently.
* Confidence speaking to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Outstanding prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Ambition, energy, and coachability, you take feedback and apply it fast.
* A strong track record of smashing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
* A genuine interest in business, interiors, and building a career in sales.
* Full UK Driving Licence
