Here at ISS, one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are seeking an Administrator to join our established Helpdesk team, based at our Bolton office. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position during regular office hours.
You will work within a dedicated team supporting a single banking client, delivering helpdesk services including reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and cost/budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supply chain jobs in line with SLAs and priority response times
* Providing feedback on issues affecting contract performance or customer satisfaction
* Updating the system with job statuses and relevant comments
* Keeping customers informed about job progress and delays
* Encouraging customer engagement and feedback via service questionnaires
* Responding professionally to customer requests, logging service requests accurately, and prioritizing based on health and safety, criticality, and expectations
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system data
* Ensuring timely and accurate job closure through liaison with site colleagues
* Contributing to the achievement of KPIs and quality standards
* Managing complaints promptly and professionally, with effective communication
