Our Associate Education Consultant trainee programme is a 6‑month training programme designed to give ambitious individuals the skills, knowledge, and confidence to break into the industry – no prior experience required! We currently have training opportunities in all of our offices across England.

About You
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to pursue a career in recruitment and wants to join a company that celebrates success and supports you on your journey to get there. The Associate Education Consultant training programme is designed to cover all aspects of the 360‑recruitment cycle. All we ask is you have the drive to succeed with a great work ethic. We’ll help you with everything else so by the end of the 6‑month programme you’ll be fully equipped to manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
* Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants for job roles.
* Searching job sites for CVs and attending career fairs.
* Utilising the company database to recruit candidates.
* Writing job adverts to attract candidates.
* Interviewing candidates in person, online and off‑site on registration days.
* Liaising with the Education Consultants to ensure these candidates are placed out to work.
* Writing candidate profiles.
Client Training (After Initial Training)
* Visiting schools with colleagues.
* Positive marketing of candidates.
* Client business development and lead generation.
* Developing new client relationships and account managing existing ones.
Qualifications
* Must be presentable, proficient on IT platforms and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong work ethic.
* Willingness to learn, positive attitude.
* Previous sales experience preferable, but strong customer service skills accepted.
* Knowledge of special needs and/or education an advantage but not essential.
