What you will do on a typical day:
* Carry out multidrop deliveries, typically averaging up to 6 drops per shift, while collecting returns from stores in line with operational requirements
* Handle both palletised goods and cages, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading procedures
* Maintain clear communication with the Depot Transport Office regarding any issues and deliver exemplary customer service by being polite and courteous at all times
* Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner while ensuring required documents are completed accurately and on time
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience driving Class 1 vehicles is essential
* Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
* Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards
* No more than 6 current penalty points
* No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements
