Our client is a leading national surveying firm who offer a variety of commercial general practice services. As part of their regional growth they are now looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to their Valuation team in Oxfordshire. Work will include loan security valuation reports, valuations for accounting purposes, residential development valuations, portfolio valuations and valuation for tax and probate purposes. You will work with a range of UK high street banks, specialist lenders, private equity houses, developers and investors. The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial valuation experience covering all core sectors. RICS Registered Valuer status is essential.
