Responsibilities

* Reputation Management & Strategy: Developing strategies to create or maintain a favorable public image and crafting the company's story.
* Crisis Communications: Managing communication during negative events to protect the company's reputation, including crafting public apologies.
* Social Media & Influencer Engagement: Coordinating with social media teams and managing relationships with influencers to enhance brand messaging.
* Monitoring Trends: Tracking media coverage, monitoring social sentiment, and reviewing analytics to analyze public perception of the brand.
* Event Management: Organizing product launches, press conferences, and promotional events.
